Rich and elegant, with a light raspberry flavoured sponge



Created for our friend Tina, this cake is rich and elegant, with a light raspberry flavoured sponge, sandwiched with raspberry jam, white chocolate French buttercream and fresh raspberries, and covered with white chocolate French buttercream. It’s rather special. Just like our Tina.

Decorated, boxed and tied with a cute ribbon.


Wheat flour, fair trade sugar, sunflower oil, cider vinegar, soya milk, freeze dried raspberries, fresh raspberries, raspberry jam (raspberries, sugar, pectin), natural raspberry essence, vanilla essence, cashew nuts, almond milk.

    I have to come clean and say that I am a friend of Mr and Mrs Rabbit! This is my very favourite Feed the Rabbit cake, and is one of the most luxurious sponge cakes I’ve ever tasted. I love it! My husband who isn’t vegan, agrees that it is very special indeed, as did friends who came round for dinner recently. It’s flavoursome, not too sweet, grown up white chocolatey (I don’t have the words!) and has an intense raspberry flavour. It also looks amazing. My favourite.
