A slightly posh version of carrot cake



A slightly posh version of carrot cake with a very moist and slightly spiced carrot and raisin filled sponge, with the addition of pineapple and coconut, sandwiched and covered with a (vegan) cream-cheese frosting. Chopped mixed nuts decorate the sides and a handful of tropical fruit on the top finish it off.

Decorated, boxed and tied with a cute ribbon.


Wheat flour, fair trade sugar, sunflower oil, cider vinegar, soya milk, carrots, pineapple, desiccated coconut, bi-carbonate of soda, salt.

    I am a carrot cake fiend and this blew my mind. Never before, whether vegan or non (and there have been MANY non), has a cake equalled this one. It is utterly delicious and totally beautiful. This Passion Cake will not disappoint!
